You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems. This includes any data collected through our platform, Facebook Ad Account integrations, and related services.

This page is provided in compliance with Meta Platform Terms, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and applicable Canadian privacy legislation including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

How to Request Data Deletion

You may submit a data deletion request through any of the following methods:

Information to Include in Your Request

Your full name
Your email address associated with your account
Your business name (if applicable)
Your Facebook Ad Account ID (if applicable)
A description of the data you would like deleted

What Happens After You Submit a Request

Acknowledgment— We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days
Verification— We will verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion requests. We may ask you to confirm your email address or provide additional identifying information.
Processing— We will process the deletion within 30 days of verification
Confirmation— We will send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove the following data from our systems:

Personal Information

Your name, email address, and phone number
Your account credentials and login history
Your billing and payment information (subject to legal retention requirements)

Facebook Ad Account Data

Your ad account connection and access tokens
Stored ad performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, leads, CPL)
Ad creative content (images, headlines, primary text)
Campaign, ad set, and ad configuration data
AI-generated ad creatives and optimization records
Historical performance analysis and recommendations

Platform Data

Client check-in records and notes
Incident reports associated with your account
Onboarding task progress and history
Support conversation records and sentiment analysis
Any AI-generated insights or product ideas related to your account

Third-Party Integrations

CRM integration configurations and credentials
Intercom conversation data linked to your account
Any data synced from third-party platforms on your behalf

Data We May Retain

In certain circumstances, we may retain limited information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

Financial records— Transaction and billing records required for tax, accounting, and audit purposes (retained for up to 7 years as required by Canadian and US tax law)
Legal obligations— Records necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements
Aggregated data— Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you. This data is used to improve our services and does not contain any personally identifiable information.
Backup systems— Data may persist in encrypted backup systems for up to 90 days after deletion, after which it is permanently purged

Facebook and Meta Platform Data

If you connected your Facebook Ad Account to our platform, we will:

Revoke all access tokens associated with your ad account within 24 hours
Delete all stored ad performance data, creative assets, and campaign configurations
Remove any AI-generated ad creatives produced for your account from our storage (Cloudflare R2)
Delete optimization queue items, analysis results, and performance predictions
Remove your ad account from our system user’s assigned assets in Facebook Business Manager

Note:Deleting your data from our systems does not affect data stored directly in your Facebook Ad Account. Ads, campaigns, and creatives that were published to Facebook remain in your Facebook Ads Manager and are governed by Meta’s data policies.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to Access— Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Right to Rectification— Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Right to Erasure— Request deletion of your personal data (this page)
Right to Restrict Processing— Request that we limit how we use your data
Right to Data Portability— Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Right to Object— Object to our processing of your personal data
Right to Withdraw Consent— Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
